I personally do not teach cooking classes, but my wonderful friend, mentor and fellow chef, Cherie Mercer Twohy holds great classes on Tuesday evenings at Chez Cherie Cooking Classes! Cherie teaches wonderful recipes, techniques in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. You will learn about new ingredients and products to enhance your cooking skills. You can ask questions, make new "cooking friends" and enjoy a 2-hour evening of fun and learning with the great treat of enjoying the items we prepare during class and you get to take the recipes home and try them out yourself on your friends and family.
